"Copy configuration from" feature for Patterns->Configs

This is a good idea. Thanks for reporting it. Yes, it will help creating new configs.

I will check how it can be implemented and let you know here soon.

By the way, in Bacularis 5.1.0 we implemented something a little similar. This isn't' creating configs based on existing resource configuration but creating configs directly from resource configurations. This feature is called Save Bacula component configuration to pattern. Here you can read about this function:

This change will be available in the next Bacularis release.

While preparing these changes I found and fixed some bugs related to configs. These fixes will available in the next version as well.

In the Fileset resource type configs, I can't save the Exclude block. Do you solve that issue?

For Exclude in configs I don't know this problem. Could you provide more details or a procedure how we can reproduce it? I tried on my side and the Exclude is saved in config.

That mentioned fixes are not for FileSet, but if I will know what is wrong, we will fix it.

The save to pattern feature it's very nice. Can I propose a global "Check/uncheck all"? That turns more easy to choose only some resource.

Thanks for the video. OK, I see what was wrong.

I confirm that this has been fixed in the global change for saving configs in this commit today that introduces copy configuration idea.

I couldn't reproduce before it because I tried on my working copy. Doing a try on 5.0.0 shown me it :-)

For your idea about global checkbox, I think this is a good idea. We will add it soon. Thanks.
