Cannot download bacularis for ubuntu 24.04 deb packages

I cannot download/install bacularis with deb packages.
when i try todo the first command to import the gpg key it says ' no valid gpg data found'.
even when ignoring that and continueing with all the other command when i try to install it
i get 'no installation candidate found' so i guess there is still something wrong?
i have run every command as root user.

Could you tell me what are you receiving when you run wget but without gpg like below?

wget -qO- https://packages.bacularis.app/bacularis.pub

thank you this works, however due to default configurations it seems htat it does not want to add the repository.

E: The repository 'https://packages.bacularis.app/stable/ubuntu noble Release' does not have a Release file. N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

root@bacula:/etc/apt/sources.list.d# apt update Ign:1 https://packages.bacularis.app/stable/ubuntu noble InRelease Err:2 https://packages.bacularis.app/stable/ubuntu noble Release Cannot initiate the connection to packages.bacularis.app:443 (3.120.118.12). - connect (101: Network is unreachable)

I am able to connect via browser.

Hello @sj101,

I checked this repository with Ubuntu Noble packages. Here it looks fine.

Probably this error is a consequence of previous errors with the key. Could I ask you about cleaning the local repository cache:

apt clean

and after:

apt update

hi no didn't help but I really don't know what is going on, for exampl i can do perfectly an apt update and an apt upgrade but when i try to ping the address I directly get network unreachable also when trying to use traceroute, and for some reaason i have the same problem when trying to ping 8.8.8.8, but currently I have no clue what is going on.
the only current thing that i could think of is that i upgrade the system over ipv6 while ipv4 isn't working 🙁

EDIT:

i rebuild my vm and check tomorrow, it seems ipv4 isn't working and probably therefore not connecting to package repo

In this situations, I think it also might be good to check hardware errors (ex. network card).

hi and were back, so i fixed my vm. apparently it was a network mask issue facepalm,
