Welcome to the Bacularis User Group.

To fix this problem for start it might be good to look at the TLS configuration in the Bacula configs. Could you show us this Client resource from the Director configuration and the FileDaemon and Director resources configuration from that Bacula Client on the windows host?

Providing the full log with this error message might be useful as well.
