Schedule won't appear

Hi guys, I'm new in this forum and i'm getting a strange behaviour from Bacularis UI, I guess. I have this routine to make weekly backups between a two month window (november and december) and sucessively for the other months of the year, having created 12 jobs with a "two months a year" schedule. but, when I access the schedule status and the schedule preferences, the status doesn't appear for all jobs, but only for one (october). Do you guys know what im doing wrong? I dont know whats happening to the preferences and schedule isn't showing up. Already verified the bacula .conf files, and the preferences are there, but, for some reason, the result dont appear in the bacularis.

Welcome to the Bacularis User Group.

Thanks for reporting this problem and for screenshots. Yes, it looks a bit strange.

For now, could you check two Bconsole commands?

The first command is the following dot command:

.schedule

Are you seeing the Schedule-CFTV-Novembro name in that command output?

The second command is here:

show schedule=Schedule-CFTV-Novembro

Does it return anything?

Yes, I'm seeing the november schedule, but not all the schedules that are in bacularis are displayed in bconsole..
Here is the output from bcsonsole:

Thanks for providing all details.

It looks that this is a problem with reloading the Bacula Director configuration. Sometimes it can happen that a running job or jobs block the comming Director reload configuration requests, they are queued and they are waiting on the execution as long as the main process is blocking them. The reload commands are limitted and if this limit is reached, the new reload configuration requests are not successful.

There is a directive that MaximumReloadRequests in the Director resource in Director component configuration:

This is Bacula issue and I have seen it a couple of times, also in this User Group in this thread:

The easiest solution for you can be restarting the Director when it will be possible. Alternatively you can wait when all running jobs are finished and then run in Bconsole reload command.

It worked, now the command .schedule returns all schedules properly, and the schedule menu inside each job appears now in Bacularis. Thank you so much for your help! 😃 🤝
